Where are you based? I am based out of my home in Moshav Yonatan which is located in the Golan Heights, Israel.

What do you love about The Thrive Programme? What I love most about TTP is that it makes sense. You dont need to work hard to understand the concepts because they aren't complicated. Once you start to understand and learn about it, you just "get it". And once you realize how simple it is, it's so much easier to put it into practice! The exercises might be challenging, but if you understand the logic, it's so much easier to follow through. Also, it's so quick!! Only 6-8 weeks to overcome lifelong struggles, you can't beat that. And it really works!

What did you do before you became a Coach? Before I trained as a Coach I worked as an office manager in a family run business in my neighborhood. But on a personal level, I was always that person people turned to for advice or emotional support so I felt like it was very natural to me to become a Coach once realizing how effective it is and how many people I can help!

What do you do when you're not working? Well, I have 6 kids, work 2 more part time jobs, and run a household with no outside help. So as you can imagine I dont exactly get much downtime! 🙂 That being said, I do believe it's important to make the time in between the craziness of life to do something you enjoy in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Therefore I make the time to go for a nice long walk once a week and I also enjoy a weekly game of netball. It does help that I love my work as a Thrive Programme Coach® so I consider that as doing something I love in between the craziness too!

An interesting fact? I grew up in the old city of Jerusalem. I had 3 kids by the time I was 21 years old and was living in a one bedroom caravan with nothing around me but 25 more caravans and a daycare in the middle of the desert. I no longer live in a caravan in the desert, though I've had a few more kids since then and added 2 sheep, a dog and a bunch of chickens and ducks to our yard.

Anything else? I am very passionate about helping people change their lives. I struggled a lot with my own mental health and didn't think I would ever overcome my struggles. Once I saw I could, I knew that I had to help others do the same for themselves. Everyone deserves to love their lives!

Do you see clients online or face-to-face? Living in the Golan doesn't give me much opportunity to see clients face to face unfortunately though I definitely do offer face to face. For the most part, I end up seeing clients online.

What time zone are you in? I am in Israel, so GMT+2.

What are your working hours? I work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30-14:00 and every evening from 19:30-21:00 except for Wednesday evening. I don't work Friday-Saturday.
