Meet Charlotte...

Where are you based? Lincoln, UK.

What do you love about The Thrive Programme? It gave me the tools and skills to completely turn my life around and love myself whole heartedly.

What did you do before you became a Coach? Before becoming a Thrive Programme Coach®, I worked in a high-pressure finance job in London as a commercial mortgage broker. On paper everything looked great, but behind the scenes I was really struggling — with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. I also had a huge fear of anything medical, especially needles, which just added to the overwhelm.

Eventually I hit breaking point and knew something had to change. I booked a solo trip to Brazil to switch things up and give myself space to breathe, and that’s when everything started to shift. Soon after, I discovered The Thrive Programme, and honestly, it completely changed my life. It helped me understand my thoughts and beliefs, get back in control, and finally feel like me again.

It made such a difference that I decided to train as a Thrive Programme Coach® myself — so I can help others overcome what’s holding them back and start living with real confidence, calm, and happiness.

What do you do when you're not working? When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me moving in some way — doing Pilates, walking with a matcha in hand, or planning my next retreat (I can’t help it!). I love spending time with my family and my daughter, whether we’re travelling somewhere new together or I’m off on a little solo adventure to reset.

At home, I’m happiest pottering in the garden, cooking good food, or getting lost in interiors and fashion inspiration — anything that feels creative or grounding. For me, thriving is all about balance: moving my body, staying curious, and enjoying the small, beautiful things in everyday life.

An interesting fact? I’ve travelled to over 30 countries, a lot of them solo. I’ve flown by helicopter around Christ the Redeemer in Rio, swum the Great Barrier Reef, slept under the stars at Uluru, skied in Whistler, swum in Grenada, eaten mussels in Île de Ré, and partied in San Antonio — I’ve always believed life’s too short not to explore it fully.

What time zone are you in? GMT (BST in Summer)

What languages do you speak? English.

What are your working hours? Fairly flexible Mon-Fri & some weekends.
