Where are you based? I am based in a lovely little town called Kilcock in Co. Kildare Ireland but my sessions will be online so you can join me from wherever you are in the world.

What do you love about The Thrive Programme? I love that the Thrive Programme can actually change a life in just 6-8 sessions! When you are committed to changing your life and ready to put the work in (with my help of course!) the programme results are easy to see in such a short space of time and you learn the tools to keep going and growing.

I lived with emetophobia for 20 years and never ever imagined a life without it and in just 8 sessions my phobia was gone! I now have 2 beautiful children which was unthinkable before Thrive.

What did you do before you became a Coach? I worked full time in an Office for a long time while being Mammy to my two lovely little girls. I also teach Line Dancing classes which I absolutely love. I wanted to become a Thrive Programme Coach® because I see a lot of anxiety and pressure in young people and I want to share the Thrive Programme far and wide because I know how much it can change a life.

What do you do when you're not working? I love to Line Dance so I go to a lot of Line Dance Social weekends around Ireland. I enjoy hiking and have completed two different stages of the Camino Santiago raising money for an Addiction Charity along the way. I try to squeeze in a trip to the Sauna & Ice baths once a week. I also on occasion go surfing (unfortunately I don't live near the sea!)

An interesting fact? I love Musicals and try to see as many stage shows as I can. I have been onstage many times with Kilcock Musical Society.

What are your working hours? Monday - Friday with some evening and weekend appointments available also.
