Where are you based? I am based in Worthing, West Sussex, but can also see Clients in Brighton, as well as over Zoom which means no matter where you are in the world, I can help!
What do you love about The Thrive Programme? Is it cliché to say everything? I love how the Thrive Programme is such a unique approach. It encourages you to feel empowered and take responsibility for your life. The results are predictable if you work hard and put the effort in. It is simple, fun and completely evidence based. It gives you the skills you need to help overcome your symptoms, and it is so amazing to see the huge changes that can be made in a relatively short amount of time. It teaches you agency, and how to just have a great life!
What did you do before you became a Coach? Before becoming a Thrive Programme Coach, I was an After School Drama Teacher for Primary Schools alongside studying Acting at College. After that, I moved to Paris to attend Drama School and had the absolute best time in the most beautiful city in the world! I am still a working Actor, but also made the decision to become a Thrive Programme Coach after going through Thrive myself to overcome Vaginismus. I resolved my symptoms, learnt to Thrive and wanted to help others to do the same.
What do you do when you're not working? When I am not working, I spend a lot of my time scrapbooking. I have three huge scrapbooks full of all the photos I have taken over the last five and a half years. My college years and time in Paris were so special, I love looking back at these experiences. I am a big traveler, so am often here, there and everywhere when ever I get the chance! As I mentioned before, I am an Actor so love going to the Theatre, watching films and reading plays. I love going to cafes and yapping with friends, I LOVE tea and really enjoy trying new cafes and spending time catching up with pals!
An interesting fact? My first job was as a Fairy at a cafe that was also a party venue. My name was Fairy Blossom, and we did princess lessons, fairy makeovers and craft parties as well as serving afternoon tea. It must have been my most believable role to date, as the kids never questioned my authenticity!
What time zone are you in? UK.
What languages do you speak? English.
What are your working hours? I am available Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 6pm (but can be flexible if needed).
Anything else? I am interested in working with people in Creative Industries. I know first hand the challenges of the Creative Arts and would love to help people to love their lives and feel confident in their work. I would also like to see women experiencing Vaginismus, but I am happy to see anyone that wants to learn to thrive regardless of symptoms.
