Where are you based? I work out of Guildford in Surrey and tend to see most of my clients over Zoom, this means we can have a chat wherever you are in the world. I'm very flexible with my timings so I'm sure we can arrange a slot that suits you best.

What do you love about The Thrive Programme? The Thrive Programme is fantastic because it gives you all the insights you need to really learn to love your life. In my experience people can feel a bit stuck or have a certain amount of acceptance that they will just have to 'live with it' or 'it's a part of who they are', when it comes to dealing with their symptoms. But The Thrive Programme completely challenges that line of thinking. Believe me! If you put the effort in, you will have no choice but to feel fantastic.

What did you do before you became a Coach? Before becoming a coach I studied Humanistic Therapy and worked for the RNLI. I have to admit, I feel like I learnt more about people working on the beaches with the RNLI than I did studying therapy, you really do see it all in the British summer time!

What do you do when you're not working? I absolutely love surfing, a little bit more so in the summer than in the winter. But ultimately what ever brings a smile to my face. You'll find me cooking for family and friends or taking part in just about anything active really. I'm always open to trying out something new because there's nothing more rewarding than comparing where you are now, to where you first started.

An interesting fact? When I was eight years old it was my life's ambition to be a marine biologist, later down the line I realised biology wasn't exactly my forte.
