Hi, my name is...
Pauline den Hoedt

Pauline Den Hoedt, Thrive Programme Coach in Wimbledon & Netherlands
Meet Pauline...

Where are you based? My main clinic is based in Wimbledon (SW London) and I also work occasionally in the Netherlands.

What do you love about The Thrive Programme? I love Thrive because it is such a different, simple approach that helps you to turn your life around. In 6 sessions I can teach you a unique skill-set that makes you more robust, resilient and confident. You will feel powerful and more in control of your life and you will be less prone to stress, anxiety or depression.

What did you do before you became a Coach? I did a degree in Economics and have worked as a manager in banking and other industries. In my managerial roles I have always been passionate about helping others to get the best out of themselves.

Later, when I raised my 3 children, it amazed me to see how important high self-esteem and feeling confident is for children to grow into independent, happy and successful people. Now that my children are nearly grown up, it gives me great pleasure to help professionals, parents and children to change their lives around.

What do you do when you're not working? When I don’t work, I have a very active life. I have a great husband and three lively, fun, confident and sometimes challenging teenagers. We are a sporty family and I like hockey, tennis, pilates, yoga, sailing, skiing, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

I always have a book that I read either on my kindle or on audible. I also work for a charity where I help teenagers and young adults who experience challenges. It is my passion to help family and friends with their challenges while raising children or with their next career choices.

An interesting fact? I feel blessed that my work doesn’t feel like work which means that I give you my full attention and energy while we work together.

What year were you born? 1970.

What languages do you speak? English and Dutch.

How would your friends describe you? Down to earth and middle-class.

Anything else? I am Dutch and moved to the UK 20 years ago. I love it to be bi-lingual but also to understand and learn from the two cultures.
