Where are you based? I am based right outside of Richmond, VA in the United States.

What do you love about The Thrive Programme? I love that the Thrive Program doesn’t just help the specific issue you’re using it for. Example, you may start the program for emetophobia, but you’ll find that your work, social and relationship experiences have improved as well!

There are no behaviors that you simply have to accept or just deal with, you are given all of the tools to make the changes that you need and want to make. It really overflows into every part of your life and I love seeing people truly begin to Thrive after completing it.

What did you do before you became a Coach? Before Thrive I worked many jobs, but nothing that gave me a real sense of purpose. Now that I'm thriving I've been actively coaching emetophobes for the last 8 years and counting!

What do you do when you're not working? I try to do the things that make me happy and bring me rest. I'm a big fan of being outside with my pups as much as possible, just soaking up sun. Going out with friends and always trying new restaurants when we travel are some of my top favorite activities now!

An interesting fact? I was emetophobic for over 20 years, so when I say this program works, I know from experience!

Anything else? I love getting to meet new people and guide them through the program. I am a very straightforward person and will hold you accountable, but I approach every situation with kindness. I love forming a bond with my clients and getting updates after they’ve completed the program!

Do you see clients online or face-to-face? Typically online, but I'm always flexible.

What time-zone are you in? I am on the east coast of the US, so I’m in EST time zone.

What are your working hours? I schedule sessions Monday - Thursday 10-6pm, but I’m also happy to be flexible because life tends to just “happen".
