Where are you based? I live in Chertsey, Surrey but I see most of my clients via zoom which enables me to work with anyone in the world. I am happy to see clients face to face also.
What do you love about The Thrive Programme? Wow! What a question! I love everything about the The Thrive Programme...the fact it is so unique to any other intervention out there, it is evidence based, easy to understand, simple, empowering and teaches you how to live your life to its full potential!
Going through The Thrive Programme is so empowering, fun and interesting and teaches you how to understand yourself fully. It gives you back control over your life and your emotions!
What did you do before you became a Coach? Before I was a Thrive Programme Coach® I worked as a Sports Massage Therapist. I am extremely passionate about all sports, specifically football! After completing the Thrive Programme I landed my dream job of working in the Premier League with Crystal Palace and Brentford.
The opportunity to work with professional footballers seemed like a distant dream before going through Thrive, but the programme taught me that with belief and effort, anything is achievable.
What do you do when you're not working? As I mentioned earlier I'm hugely passionate about football! My weekends usually consist of going to watch Arsenal play on a Saturday and playing football on a Sunday.
Aside from this I love anything active and being outside whether thats going for a long run in the woods or going for a walk and a coffee with friends. I love to visit new places, try new things and take myself out of my comfort zone as much as I can as its so rewarding knowing I can do anything I put my mind to! (Which is miles apart from what I used to be like!)
A great example of this is that I recently learned to snowboard. When I went on my first trip to the mountains, I broke my wrist.. but despite this I still had the most amazing time and haven’t let that deter me from going again and now I’m back on the board!
An interesting fact? I was a Wimbledon ball girl in 2011 and 2012. This experience was an incredibly proud moment for me because the process of becoming a ball girl was exceptionally strict and challenging.
I had to train every week at Wimbledon many months before the Championships and take written and physical tests to get through. I will never forget getting my uniform for the first time!
What languages do you speak? English.
What time zone are you in? UK GMT time zone.
What hours do you work? 9-6 Monday-Friday but can be flexible if needed.
