Where are you based? I am based in Iceland, in Reykjavik area. I only do zoom for 1:1 clients, but for kids and young teenagers who suffer from mental health issues, in my local area, I love to see you in person.
What do you love about The Thrive Programme? Oooh, that's a hard one, there is now one thing. I suffered from emetophobia and anxiety for over 20 years, and going through the programme myself, I felt a sense of liberation like the puzzle pieces started to come together for me. I started to take ownership, responsibility and see that I DO have choices and agency over my life. I fell in love with life, seeing it doesn't have to be this big adventurous travellers world (which of course is great for somebody), but for me I fell in love with the mundane life, making the most out of my day and started appreciating what is.
The Thrive programme is simple, effective, empowering and easy to understand. When you know, you can't undo what you already know, and when you understand the programme, you got tools for life!
The programme changed my life!
What did you do before you became a Coach? I studied to become a license practical nurse, and worked in the hospital during the pandemic. Currently I work in a home for disabled people, which I absolutely love, it's adventurous, challenging and fun.
I was also working as a KAP facilitator, which is a spiritual practise, I did workshops abroad and through zoom, related to spirituality and personal guidance through mental health issues in the process, as well as teaching somatic practises, before entering into the programme and now becoming a thrive coach.
And most importantly I do have two boys, who are 8 and 10, who are my greatest teachers of life.
What do you do when you're not working? I am the person who takes a swing in public places just because I want to, so dancing is my oozing joy! I also like to go to the gym, pool, sauna and cold plunges, meditate. Go out to nature, do some walks and listen to good podcast.
I love reading, and I am a total book worm.... with few journals going around the house at a time, and studying is my upmost passion & drive. If you haven't figured it out, I am a secret nerd.
Taking road trips or going for a summerhouse in the wintertime in Iceland is also something I love to do. Simply a space to be with no phone, distractions and soak in the nature with good company. Travelling is also something I am fond of doing.
An interesting fact? I get all excited and humble, seeing and witnessing clients, patients, getting better in any way shape or form.
- in the hospital, it was physically getting better...
- in the nursing home, it was to see people find peace...
- as a spiritual coach, seeing people heal and get better...
- as a coach, I do anything to get you thriving...
it fills my heart with oozing life force, joy and fulfilment being apart of just that, seeing you life your best life yet!

Do you work online or face-to-face? Both
What time-zone are you in? UK - 1 hour
