Yes! Teaching children how to thrive is enormously beneficial for their social and mental health. We even have our ‘Bounce’ programme, working in education to help children thrive.
The Thrive Programme® will help your child with difficulties such as:
- school-related issues
- mental health problems
- anxiety
- social problems such as low confidence
- bed-wetting
- nightmares
- eating disorders
- OCD and much more
It’s also helpful if you want your child to simply learn how to love their lives!
The most effective options are:
The Young Person’s manual for those aged 8-18
Teenagers can work through this on their own, without parental guidance. For younger children, it is essential that the child’s parent/guardian works through the ADULT Thrive Programme, then ‘teaches’ that or the Young Person’s edition to their child. This is because the programme contains many concepts that need to be reinforced by a significant adult.
Working with a Thrive Programme Coach (TC)
All coaches are fully trained in how best to tailor their approach for the individual. TCs explain things clearly and have a knack for keeping things ‘light’; using memorable analogies, pictures and metaphors to ensure that the message really stays in your child’s mind.
Children under the age of sixteen must have a parent/guardian present at their appointment (it is also possible to work through as a family). Please get in touch if you’d like to be referred to a TC, details below.
In both options, parental support is invaluable, and parents often report a personal benefit to helping their child work through the programme.
